Look for the Class of 81 tent

Classmates,
Our reunion is seven days away and everyone is excited. When you arrive at the football field next Friday night look for the Class of 81 tent. Come to the tent and we will give you some information, a name tag, and show you where we are sitting in the bleachers. Please arrive early. The school cannot “rope-off” a section for us so several classmates will arrive early and try to save everyone a seat.
See you at the game!

The picnic has been moved

Classmates,

The picnic has been moved to the Waterways Park (operated by Boone Parks & Recreation) located on Rt. 119 - Corridor G - between Danville and Charleston. The setting is beautiful and private located among the trees and hills of our county. This location will also be convenient for families driving in from the Charleston area. The shelter seats up to 200 people with electricity, countertops for food, and private restrooms.

Waterways Park (big sign) is located just across the Boone County line at the “scenic lookout area” on Corridor G. Turn into the park (paved road) and drive to the top of the hill – park by the pool (closed for the season) and our shelter is located on the hill to the left. The shelter is called “Peabody Grove Shelter.”

The park will be about 20 miles from Charleston/South Ridge … Local classmates will be very familiar with the location.
