Reunion Invitation sent via email on 4/17/06

Dear Classmate,

The Scott High School Class of 1981 25th Year Reunion will be September 8th and 9th, 2006. We are very excited and we hope you will plan to come. It’s going to be great to be together again. Below is a summary of the basic information you need regarding the reunion.

Events and Activities
Friday (September 8) 6:30 Football Game – Scott vs. Chapmanville
We will have a section reserved for the class of 81. Bring your family.

Cost: Just buy a ticket for admission into the football game.
Saturday (September 9) 12:00 Picnic at the Lick Creek Park
We have shelters reserved for a family picnic. Bring your family.
Cost: $15 individual, $25 per couple, $35 per family with children.
Saturday (September 9) 5:00-7:00 Dance at Madison Middle School
We have reserved the gym and will have refreshments.
Cost: Free
Saturday (September 9) 8:00 Charleston House Holiday Inn (Club)
We will meet at the club (Charleston House) and in the hospitality room.
Cost: Free

Hotel Accommodations
We have reserved 20 rooms for Friday and Saturday night (September 8-9th, 2006) for $72.00 if you make your reservations three weeks in advance. To reserve a room please call the Holiday Inn at (304) 344-4092.

Golf
For those interested in golf please contact Darrell Kimbler (304-543-5307 / email darrellkimbler@yahoo.com ) or Tim Messer (865-567-6669 / email themess36@comcast.net) to get into a 9 hole scramble starting @ 9AM.

Donations needed:
If can donate $10 it will help pay for some of the cost (e.g., mail-outs, DJ) of the reunion. We will also open a bank account for future reunions if we have money left over. Please send it to Pam.

Sponsors needed:
We are also accepting sponsors for the reunion. If you or your company can sponsor the reunion by donating $50 we will recognize you or your company and give you a receipt so that your sponsorship will be tax deductible. Please send it to Pam.

Pictures needed:
We need pictures from our class. Please send any pictures to Annette Holstein Adame (175 Broadwater Ct. Cool Ridge WV 25825). If your pictures are scanned please email them to Annette at annetteadame@charter.net. She is making a pictorial presentation which will be shown in the hospitality room at the Charleston House Holiday Inn.

Summary of the Cost
The only money you need to send is for the picnic ($15 individual, $25 per couple, $35 per family with children). Please complete the form on page 3 and send your money to Pam.
